I’m a qualified Green Deal Assessor (GDA) and Domestic Energy Adviser (DEA).
We can provide impartial advice on energy saving measures and using energy efficiently with changes to your behavioural ways.
We provide Green Deal Advice Reports (GDAR) and domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
About me – Lawrence Brown, I’m passionate about reducing carbon emissions and making the UK a more energy efficient place to live. I have children, so would very much like them to have a nice clean planet to live on for years to come. As its been said before ‘We only have one planet to live on, so we need to look after it!’

Your Green Deal assessor will produce a Green Deal Advice Report (also known as a Green Deal assessment) made up of two documents:
If you have requested a Green Deal Advice Report but have been issued an EPC without an Occupancy Assessment, this is not a Green Deal Advice Report, and you should contact your assessor to query this. Please note that the layout of the Occupancy Assessment was updated in August 2014 and therefore there are now two formats in which the document may appear. There are examples available to view below but both of these are valid and eligible to use.
Area’s covered: Kent, South East London & Sussex - other area’s considered on request.
